Some products that are up may not be available at time of viewing. Sometimes we may forget to remove an out of stock product or an unreleased product. As some products do have a set public “Street Date” and cannot be sold until that date. If you happen to buy an out of stock product or unreleased product you will be notified right away and reimbursed immediately if you so wish it. We can also exchange the out of stock or unreleased product for another one of the same price. If you wish to have one that is more expensive what you paid will be credited to you and you will be charged the difference between the two.

After check out you will receive a confirmation email from our sales department and when the item is shipped you will receive notification along with your tracking number. During shipping your order; as well as past orders; can be viewed in your ‘My Account’ pages by clicking the ‘Track Order’ link and inputting your tracking number.
