State of the art electronics in the ignitor design provide 14,000 volts for quick and clean oil ignition. Vacuum encapsulation using a special synthetic resin provides water resistance in addition to outstanding thermal properties including excellent heat dissipation. This process removes air from the high voltage portion of the unit, lessening any chance for corona damage. The high temperature thermoplastic case is, by design, capable of high impact, scratch resistant, light in weight, and impenetrable to most chemicals. UL & CSA recognized.
